At the risk of disappointing my fifty-plus loyal readers who tune in daily to this drivel, I’m afraid there won’t be any blog updates for a week. I’m off to the seaside.

And at the risk of disappointing any burglars who might be tuning in, the house won’t be empty – the fruit of my loins are still in residence.
